Aero Olathe R&O is still being forced to work daily overtime even though the shop is making their weekly commits for the 3rd quarter.
I wonder if someone’s 2nd quarter bonus wasn’t enough 😂
Anyone from Olathe site know of any news?

A earlier reply said it’s going to be sold, not transferring to Mexico.
Torrance Commercial goes to Mexicali. ~89% commercial business at Olathe? Yes, then guess where it’s heading.
@1xnp+1cnb7TGi Sites that are Union and have a contract.
Where, exactly, is Honeywell NOT requiring mandatory overtime?
MadDog is coming to inspect the site before it goes up for sale in the 4th quarter. Mandatory OT is deemed necessary in order to burn down any backlog so that there will be less disruption during the transition. That is also why they cancelled the promotions and are slow walking the responses to the interviews. They don't want the rats jumping ship in the 3rd quarter! Of course, as always, management will get hefty bonuses for their greedy & dirty deeds while inflation and RIFs destroy the expendables...
Overtime is the Only Tool in the tool box at Olathe. If don't want to work OT you have to leave.
I wonder what happened? A response was just deleted to this . Somebody posted reason for overtime was that cedar creek was being sold in the 4th quarter.
Can anyone confirm?
As long as you keep delivering the results he wants, he'll keep pushing for more.
Same deal in Tempe. I've found working all the extra hours to be a lot easier if you sleep on the job. I have more energy, make more money, and the bosses are happy because clocking more hours looks good on the charts and graphs. No accountability for output, just get the hours in and everyone's happy. Force me to make more money and I don't have to work harder? OK, if you say so!
