Yeah, the redesign could reflect actuality or show flawed numbers. Not sure.

It seems like the recent change to Teamworks may have triggered a noticeable change to the team counts. I don't know why exactly Charlie's count went from 26x,x-x to 24x,x-x and how the new Teamworks is counting people, but the change seems to be due to that or is a total coincidence in timing.

Hi, all. An update. When I started tracking these figures at the beginning of the year, there were 268.807 team members per Teamworks. This was right after contractors started to be included in the headcount. Today, that figure stands at 244,194 -- a reduction of 24,613 souls, most of that decline happening, I think, sometime in the last couple of weeks if my notes are correct.

Happy end of 2022, everyone -- particularly those of us who've managed to hang on this long. At the beginning of the year we were at 286,394 employees, but over the subsequent twelve months we lost 16,399 in headcount (per Cultworks). I believe many of us expected more layoffs; it's likely many more than that figure suggests were actually let go, but mass hiring in India and the Philippines has offset some of that.
