I was just looking at job openings for curiosity and I noticed an opening since March for a Unisys Admin. I've been with OFS for 18 years and didn't even know Fiserv ran on Unisys. What products run on it? Did this come over in the merger? There will never be One Fiserv, that much is clear.

Unisys exists for two reasons. 1 Larry G. loves it and will scream at anyone that dislikes it. 2 IBMi is expensive.
Weird. If Premier already runs on IBM why is it difficult to move the ones that are on Unisys to IBM?
I've always heard that no one outside of Cleartouch product want anything to do with trying to move it off Unisys and the ones from Checkfree that were tasked with it a few years ago gave up and took the loss.
There are a thousand plus Premier clients and 150 plus for Cleartouch that fiserv hosts. Premier also has couple hundred that run on premise. Premier runs on either Unisys or IBMi. They have tried to move the hosted clients for years off of Unisys in favor of IBMi but that has made little progress.
Yup - Fiserv keeps a few running because there are banks which keep a few running.
Premier and Cleartouch
Several Unisys Mainframes reside in Brookfield and in JC/Alpharetta.
Unisys is from iti days. Original platform.
