Increased attrition???

Has anyone noticed an uptick in attrition? Any idea on the numbers, from what I hear it is at about 15%

My guess is that it's a little bit higher than 15%.

Remember last year at an F8 all hands when the site HR lead said he/they didn't attribute the decrease in attrition to COVID?

remember at the F&O all hands (for those of you in this business unit) when someone asked how attrition was, got some BS answer that it increased and they're looking into why

BTW Cree offers relo packages, not just a stipend. They make it super easy if you don't mind living in the rust belt of NY.

It's a job-seeker's market right now for sure. Anyone with a decent LinkedIn should be getting messages from recruiters/TA specialists. The only question is whether you want to stay in the semiconductor industry or not.

I have seen it too in general and the team I am on, unsure of the %.

Know CREE just set their first tools a month ago.

The right response to a major layoff in 2017, that was not that long ago, and 2% raises (the raises is not GF’s fault, all companies I know do this).
