I had written like 3 paragraphs about how this place sucks, how my micro managing DM sucks, new Director sucks and the new gestapo VP sucks but you all already know this. When the corporate stooges from DM and above come to the realization that you completely lost everyone on the store level, and no mr. DM you are not on our level just because you come in and try to chum it up with our staff doesn't make you one of us, just look at our smiles…fake as fake can be!!
To the CEO and the corporate “YES” men and women that are beneath you…You have failed us!! You have failed the customers!! If this was your overall agenda than you have succeeded!! You have succeeded in making Verizon one of the worst places to work and one of the worst places to shop. You corp stooges do realize that you are burying this company and customers are leaving in flocks to T-Mobile?
This company and this board is like a bad dream, you know one of those dreams where you are trying to get through to someone but they aren't listening or acknowledging you. We aren't listened to and we aren't valued as employees!! All you are worried about is your precious pulse survey, you know the survey where you have brain washed and manipulated every frontline employee to not give a bad survey because it will affect the store manager, you know the manager who is in the sh-t with us!! Its so pathetic that frontline employees have to resort to posting on this board instead of on the survey because the company has to pass off the blame onto the store manager.
So after reading topic after topic, post after post it is all the same message, so heres where rubber meets road, the frontline employees are unifying, we are all coming together as “ONE TEAM” as you stooges so call it…we are going to be on the same page as you…you want to bury the company, well we do too!! We will just get to 50% to unlock a paycheck and manipulate RIS by telling customers to give us a 10, other than that we will do as little as possible to keep our sanity.
When systems don't work, we will say “betcha T-Mobiles systems work”
When we have to push people away or make them an appointment because of lack of staff, we will say “betcha T-Mobile has enough staff to help”
When customers ask “what promotions do you have” we will say “betcha T-Mobile has great promotions”
You wanna bury it….we will bury it!!
