Been working for this train wreck of a company for nearly three decades. After the merger no one gives af. All bbt people are culture shock from the shady widget breathing untrust folk and everyone wants to quit or is seeking outside employment. I have worked for the past 5 years with no lunch breaks no pi-s breaks open 745 to close 5:30-6:30ish and back to back clients talked out of taking sick time for mental health days and then they ask us to perform like the commissioned untrust Wells farto folk. Clients are neglected and looked at as prey for an unsolicited insurance quote because some BL sold their soul to the RSCbL. OPS has no idea what they are doing and half of them seem to have received a lobotomy. Corporate culture is sell or we will lube you with coaching and whenever you’re finally their top one percent performer you’ll finally receive the coveted 2.5% raise while kelly king gets 9.1 and wants you to go down on your kneees to foot the bill. No bbt client will ever see the bank as the same and 99 percent of bbt employees are just waiting for the class actions to come through so they can sue tf out of the bank. They work you to death in hopes that you’ll leave on you’re own accord. They put you on their sh-t list if you’re a free thinker, don’t whisk the cool aide or aren’t down with the libs/progressives.
