Is it possible that people can't stay here even for a month anymore? I was glad when a new employee came to our store, but I was also happy for him when he left after a month. I believe there are many more such cases. No one with marketable skills wants to work here anymore.

Yep they don’t even last through training. Why work for a little over minimum wage with a little commission check? Might as well get a full time job with less stress.
