I have more and more work, deadlines are getting shorter. I've been here a long time but I've never been under so much pressure. I talk to colleagues and they also claim to be faced with expectations that are becoming increasingly unrealistic. What do they actually expect, employees to work like robots or to simply quit on our own?

You are an indentured servant, just accept it like all others do and it’s great.
I've seen more former colleagues leave because of that. I left because I figured there was no way we'd be able to manage with 25% reduction in office based staff. It was too big a cut.
