You have to cover days off for those assigned so the hours add up !
For my store it’s 568 + and counting hrs of directed H. O. Direction to follow.
Then throw in the none budgeted hours
- waterers for OSLG
- openers for tool world to control shrink
- safety - 1 power equipment driver - requires a spotter so schedules are modified to cover this in areas effected.
For my store it’s at 600 + hrs for H. O. Projects as direction.
Of course we follow it ! But where is this given for budget to do these things ? Where’s the added hours so not stress out the store for CSA’s ?
All of this is given to the operators of the business at store level ! So the rich get richer RIGHT ?
