What's going on with these system issues? I haven't ever seen it this bad. In Customer Service my whole team is dropping connection, extreme slowness, system tools crashing every other call. What happened that really jacked the system up? It was bad before, but this is insane and has been that was for two or three months already!?

The systems were better 5 years ago. Ridiculous
Creaky systems, too many changes introduced constantly, outsourced I/T, and everyone at home was always a recipe for disaster.
Shout out to the company in India that scammed Hans and the gang into paying them nickels to "fix" the systems
It’s been so bad. That on top of hour + hold times really makes this job so much harder lately for everyone.
