Does anyone that works here really believe that Truist upholds what they claim are the company values?
Trustworthy, Caring, One Team, Success, Happiness.

Go inside a branch and see how overworked and understaffed each branch is and ask does that create happiness? No. Does leadership care? No.
Who cares? We all know it’s cr-p. You can either stay and continue to be miserable or leave and find a place that treats their employees better. I left and haven’t looked back.
I would say they believe it for themselves.. they care only for their self, they are their ONE team and only care about their success and as far has happy goes with the bonuses they received who wouldn’t be happy. So yes a think they do hold to the values but it stops at the top. They do these dog and pony road shows but never get in the trenches. The purple neon tower keeps reality out.
My guess is Truist will de-emphasize the whole values thing soon enough. Face it, the in-your-face life value lessons were an absolute farce pushed by Kelly for Kelly. It was a televangelist schtick to divert attention from the fact Kelly had zero creativity and talent for actually managing a financial institution. Hence, where we are today.
Of course everyone believes it. We also believe the stock will be double current price after Rogers takes the helm, and that Santa Claus is real, and the tooth fairy and the Easter Bunny, oh and that everyone will get a 6 figure bonus when merger is complete. Haaa haaa haaa haaa!
No way. It’s all a scam. Me first from the top of the house. You are a fool if you buy into any of the mumbo jumbo
I don't believe it. It is a facade!
