Hate to disappoint everyone but unions are useless. I have friends that work at AT&T and they all say they are a waste of money. In fact AT&T treats their employees worse because they are Union they have nothing to lose. The commission is better but there’s way more pressure. Bottom line stay and make the best or just dip. There’s a lot of job opportunities outside of Verizon right now that no one wants.

Did those reps by any chance move to AT&T from Verizon? It's hard to see what a union does unless you're the one doing negotiations is my thoughts...
They get two flat-rate pay raises per year. You’re an id--t.
I walked over to the ATT store and talked to the reps. They said they don't get paid on surveys but their systems also don't work very well. So even if we had a union our systems will still be trash but at least they arent finding BS ways to take money out of their paychecks
