I left a year ago and I have to say it’s nice to be part of a company where not everyone is trying to pull one over on you. So far I’ve been appreciated for my experience and knowledge. Management engages their employees and the atmosphere is relaxed and sociable. The pay isn’t as much as I’d like, but after a year I was given a raise based on meritocracy. Now THAT was a breath of fresh air. Things are starting to look up and hopefully within a few years I’ll be making the same if not more than I did when I left Humana. If you want to take a leap don’t be afraid, it’s a big world out there.

Ditto that! I got RIF’d in the fall of 2018 and was offered a job with a 50% pay increase. I was getting ripped off by Humana. And my company really values my work and contributions. I have an amazing boss too. There is hope and a bigger world out there outside of Humana!
They are probably working from home, making $10k per month, calling folks about their car's extended warranty expiring.
