A bargain when compared to our last “Leader.” He made more than that on a weekly basis while hiding in the basement with Joe Biden his final days.

Was he ever seen on campus in 2020 when we were all forced to come back to campus 2 months into the pandemic? I never saw him other than the videos of him lecturing us about not doing anything personal while we were working from home. “Running to the grocery store during work hours is NOT working remotely. It is forbidden. You must do your absolute best for CHK.” Thanks for the pep talk D, I feel so inspired right now…

However, we needed to cut people every few months.

EC and VP’s could have taken a pay cut and many could have kept their jobs but they laughed that idea out of the room. Leadership needs a clean slate.

Yes, very true.
I had to personally “improve” several type curves during my Midcon days

Reservoir engineers at CHK had to abandon their morals a long time ago to keep the location hungry management team happy. If they want to keep their jobs. People that said no aren't here anymore.

We better hope he is micromanaging our incompetent VPs. Them and the planning groups are making up fake numbers so we can drill baby drill. If we have any hope, it’s him keeping them on a short leash or firing them.

What did you expect, look at entire board history on flipping companies and making money for themselves and you can bet the VPs have jumped on board also. Also might want to network on some of his past employees and will hear some interesting stories on micromanaging to the extreme. Bet more to come by end of the month.
