I think people are worried about nothing. No way are they going to call us back to the office now (those of us who don't have to be there, anyhow.) I think people are just creating stress for themselves where there is absolutely no need for it. Relax and wait to see what's going to happen. Don't worry about things ahead of time.

I'm joining Truist and it seems like managers here have more control than the other banks regarding remote work
They are already slowly making us come back in. Not for business need, but because they have empty buildings with no one in them.
