Why is the same retired person in here, reading comments and bragging about his massive retirement? This he-l ho-e provided you with the opportunity to make good money. Doubt that you’re wealthy anyway. Sounds like a case of tiny ——. If you’re retired why read this stuff? Why do you care? You are bored to tears.
Soon you will all realize there are almost NO companies who care about their employees. The shameful part is it is taking too long for you to learn this fact. People must start demanding what is right for America and The People. It's almost too late. Thankfully I've fully retired from this he-l ho-e, full pension 1.2 million and 1 million 401k. Your board runs the company. Period. Actually , more specifically, Milton Carroll, @ over $8M/year. Your c-suite executives are, as mentioned, laughably overmatched versus many of your competitors. And that is on purpose given the beforehand mention about your board. Thank goodness for your brand & frontline employees, which are driving your success.
Yes, this senior leadership team really seems to be in over their heads. This meeting was very alarming, I’ve never felt such a lack of confidence in leadership, including the Board chair.
