Just talked to a couple new hires and they are only getting paid a couple dollars over minimum wage. Why would anyone want to do this, work part time and get a commission check that’s less than a thousand dollars. This has become a clerk job for college students that will move on fast. One new hire didn’t even last and couldn’t hang.

Minimum wage in my state is same as Federal ($7.25) and my pay was around $17 starting out- but there’s easier less annoying ways to make that kind of money. Once commission changed the job lost all its life
They start at 18.26 in CA 2/3 of our new hires quit in the first 3 months
