B2B Reps are getting what they call a pay increase and title change. They increased out at-risk targets by $500, which is awesome however, no one is hitting quota so how does this help? Put that extra $6000 in my base pay! Don’t they understand that competitors are giving a much higher base pay to do the same job? They’ve already taken away renewal from our commission structure which hurts our checks…y’all gotta do better or more ppl will be leaving!

I heard that MPs or higher got a base and commissions increase.
They don’t fear that last sentence “or more people will be leaving”. There’s always another retail sales star or external applicant willing to come aboard.
