Contrary to what some id--ts post on this board, no, not everyone is going back into the office.
There are some sick individuals who seem to enjoy spreading false rumors and trolling on this particular board.
They need professional help.
But our team is now perm remote - I think there will be other departments that are going to end up doing the same thing.
Wells Fargo systems are a hodge podge of spaghetti wrapped in cheese sauce holding everything together.
I also know quite a few people have recently retired (f this kind of decision) and are soon to be gone.
Wells Fargo will be begging employees to stick around - just watch.
