Well, is 09/23 a mass layoff day or not?

Have been collecting my pension from a prior company that I worked at for a while now.
It sure helps to have that extra money coming in to try and pay off all my bills. Have a planned phone appointment with the Social Security department to start collecting Social Security at full retirement age come January. It makes me a little less concerned about being laid off, but I like working at Wells Fargo and wish to continue working there for many years to come. I am in the Technology department. It is "fun" to work on programming and reporting projects. Always getting emails and phone calls from contracting companies to work on their projects, usually at a very high pay rate, and mostly remote at the present time.
Mass layoff was 9/21, OP.
Were you asleep?
Lots of long-timers let go.
calls just started going out to managers at 4:30 ET.
@qst+1cYL2UD1 Nostra-damn-us - LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When 7 days of the Moon's reign have passed
the axe will fall on the peons of Wells Fargo
when the exhausted Sun takes up his cycle
then my prophecy and threats will be accomplished
Ours was 9/21
No indications of it here... I'm guessing the 30th is the next wave.
Historically, it's on a pay week so the 30th sounds more plausible.
There was a RIP for 9/23 but the format was different and it was called out as a fake. 9/30 has been floated around for tech.
I haven't seen anything.
I thought it was the 30th but either way, I've heard nothing.
