If you came from an acquisition, you heard plenty from your customers once they learned they would now have to “deal with” the Oracle system of ignoring customers via multilayered support processes.
Some of those final calls with the customers I got to know were rather heartbreaking.

Whilst I agree with above In getting out of oracle and I did the same, and exception to some of the narcissists and bordering sociopaths I worked with oracle, I feel the organisation top down has created them to behave this way based on the culture. I hope these people that made us suffer leave oracle and become better people, for the sake of their new colleagues. Otherwise the oracle alumni will have a bad reputation throughout our industry.
