Don’t mind a vaccine mandate.
It is a little sad they force it on workers/tax payers vs. those not working.

This technically a gov mandate and has nothing to do with Wells. They'll have to abide whatever is handed down. Also, I doubt you'll be eligible for severance if you refuse the vaccine. So don't hang onto that tiny thread of hope.

But being laid off for wilful stupidity doesn't really count - you have a choice whether you like it or not.
These discussions may belong here due to the possibility of layoffs, but like I said, you're not changing anyone's mind at this point. Seriously, even if confronted with a mountain of evidence, one way or the other, no one is changing their minds. The debate is a waste of breath. Either vax or anti-vax, it's become a religion at this point. People say they are listening to evidence, but they aren't. They are listening to their preferred echo chambers. There's probably less than 1% of the population that actually has an open mind on this, which is truly unfortunate.
Vaccination discussions most certainly DObelong on a Layoff site, because people are going to lose their jobs if they do not comply.
