You're not a roofer in AZ or a coal miner in WV or in the military or working in the 3rd world or working in 19th century America. You have it very very easy, historically speaking. You have little to complain about. Actual mental health issues are a serious problem that need to be addressed. Unfortunately for you, 1st world whiny crybabyism isn't a recognized mental disorder.
