Humana has gone downhill. The morale of all employees is at an all time low. They have taken a really great company to work for down the drain. Many long time employees are sadly opting out of the company.
This is 100 percent true. I don't know of a single old-timer who is not currently looking for a way out. What does that say about the state of the company?
Diversity and Inclusion for those that comply and bow with the majority. Yes, downhill with society as whole.
If you’ve been around for more than 5 years you know that lay offs happen frequently at Humana. You stay you accept this fact and you should always have an updated resume.
I’m very happy to be working here. I’m one of many who left the company that bought Wellcare. You should go apply there, lot’s of positions available.
I’m an old timer, been with the company over nine years. I can honestly say I’m not looking outside or looking for a way out.
