I haven’t worked in any place yet that doesn’t want to squeeze employees to the maximum. This is just another such company, however, until I find a better opportunity, I would love to keep my job here.
The only thing that worries me is that whenever I think that my job is finally somewhat stable and that the "danger" of losing my job is over, I get some bad news that worries me again. It happens constantly.
Yes, I have worked at companies that are much worse, but here I am most concerned about the stability of my job. Do you ever manage to relax for a couple of months in a row without being afraid of losing your job?
