There are a lot of people here who say that lately the company is somehow forcing them to quit on their own. Honestly, I feel that way from the beginning. Ever since I came to this company I feel like I shouldn’t have come here, so maybe that’s why I haven’t noticed any difference lately. Even before the pandemic, their behavior made everyone feel quite miserable.
What are they actually doing so you think they are trying to make you quit now, more than ever? More work? More pressure? Hiding important information?

Its like a pretty good job but upper leadership, above director, is VERY bad.
It's a mess and leadership is doing jack to help us. My Director is clueless, my DM just d-mb, my GM a HR nightmare and if we say anything against Verizon we are whiney. Should be more grateful. Sure DM sure.
My problem is leaving a job that gives me 6 weeks vacation, and plays me around $65k a year without within too hard. It’s been my problem for years. Job market is popping, but what jobs will pay that? Comcast is still sales. Fidelity is a pay cut. Fu-k selling wireless, so I feel stuck with golden handcuffs
Everyone is trying extra hard to leave with the job market popping and the holidays rolling in.
Acting like this job isn't a clown show at the freaking circus.
