I wonder if they will tell us earlier than end of October? They could say we were all anxious and so many people opted out or something. Or do you all think it will really drag out over another month?

I heard first week in October coaches will be letting people know. I hope it is later to get another paycheck. 🤪
Our mgr said mid to late october. Someone else said BSN may matter, meaning if all else equal but other person has BSN , BSN would stay. Sounds like still no definite info.
I look at it if I don’t get RIF and I have a job, then that’s gift and reward enough….
“End of October” is their way of ensuring that they sc--w up the holidays for everyone again! I have never worked for a company until Humana that put so much stress on its employees at the holidays and no reward……no parties, no bonuses, not even a frozen Turkey. They are truly Bah Humbug!!!!!
We were informed today that "end of october" no specific date is when we will be notified if we are RIFd but will have to stay in at work until our manager decides we can be released.
Make the announcement Oct. 1 Humana!!! Your employees and future ex employees deserve to have peace. The stress of this mess you created is not healthy.
I heard today for those who opted out that fit email that it said final day would be some time in January. So if they give us 69 days notice does that mean we now won’t know until November?
Yes I agree. Giving us heads-up is one thing but this length of time is heartless.
for 2 of the lay offs I witnessed at HAH folks were let got 2-4 weeks earlier then the original end date, I hope this is the case. It’s dragging on and the work is slowing down dramatically. Put us out of our misery.
Impacted associates are typically “released” within 2-4 weeks of being notified. I’ve seen this happen during the last quarter at least 4 times in the last 7 years and the impacted people were released before Thanksgiving week every time.
I don’t know but work is slim and not sure what we would do until end of year .
