So sad, everyone is taking on 5 jobs in 1 senior management want to fire superviors, yet senior leadership does the least amount of work, culture/morale down all time low, fake pulse surveys comd out but yet no changes only harrassing the employees to take a “voluntary” survey every quarter

Based off the fake pulse surveys alone they should have probably realized that no one wants to work here anymore. I know a rep who purposely caught covid from his girlfriend so he could spend time away from verizon. If people are willingly trying to catch a virus to not go to work then you know the job is horrendous.
