Seen so many posts about people having no choice but to retire, and so many people saying they wouldn’t stand for being called back to offices. And being required to show proof of vaccination or showing a negative virus test result. How many are bluffing and how many have followed through and quit? Businesses don’t say things without lawyers approving the statements. Factz people.

I wish the same small group of whiners would get off Yammer and do the jobs they are paid to do. They aren’t helping our members. I see people on there many times a day. I think a few have been fired or reprimanded because they suddenly got quiet. There are also some who just keep complaining. The company can ask for whatever it wants as long as it is legal. I feel sure that lawyers are reviewing all things before they are announced. You did not always have Yammer as a place to complain. What will you do when it is gone! Managers know exactly who you are and you are not doing yourself a favor with your behaviour.
