I know one person who managed to move to another position,
I know people who want to be laid off and leave,
but what surprises me the most are people who are worried about their job and despite having a great skillset have not even applied to be moved to another position (because they don’t believe they would be moved).
The reason is not that they do not believe in their abilities, but that they do not trust this company. How is it possible that some people have lost confidence in this company on this issue?

I'm not going to try for anything until and if I get RIFed. We were told metrics don't count now. Only quality. But this is not the first change in what we were told initially. Yes, at least we are working and getting paid. I am grateful. But the stress is horrible and the workload is heavy. I'm just nervous they will take away the 60 days of work prior to our severance. Some of us can not do other that wah. Those jobs are getting hard to find.
I have applied for 2 and same impersonal letter
I applied recently for an internal position I was more than fully qualified for, but received an impersonal letter that indicated I would not be considered.
Three people on my team, Humana at home, are transferring to different roles in Humana over the next weeks. I think it depends on your role, and what they’re looking for
In the past we were always told that Humana did not hire from Humana at Home. I have applied for 4 positions so far that I qualify for but can't seem to get an interview. I get emails that nicely say they will not pursue me. I have recently had a professional help me redo my resume. I hope it will make a difference
Because previously during the layoffs no one ever got another position. I have been through greater than 10 layoffs with this company and this is the only time I’ve heard of people getting other positions.
