If safety was top priority
- Work from home would be a continued option during the pandemic, not coercion into either vaccine, test or termination.
- Safety statistics would not be on the scorecard, as that is sending conflicting information. Someone reports an incident, the raise and bonus is less. If not reported, a lifesaving violation with potential termination.
- Employees would be treated with respect and integrity and not having their job threatened, do as we say or we fire you.
