When will there no longer be separate, designated BBT and SunTrust lines for clients at branches? The tellers have signs telling us which line to stand in.
When does it all become “Truist”?

BBT branches turn into Truist the day after Columbus Day. SunTrust turns into Truist the day after President’s Day.
I think it’s supposed to be sometime in Q1 2022…not 100% sure though.
As with SunTruist this may not be the right place to get an answer. If you believe what they say you will stop being herded like cattle sometime during first quarter of 22.
I think they were looking for an answer, not a rant.
I don’t understand why anyone would continue to work for SunTruist so I certainly don’t understand why anyone would bank with them. Now they even have John Allison talking about how great Kelly, Rogers and the merger has been. Never thought he’d drink the kool aid
