Finally I’m leaving, more than the 40% have left and those left can barely move under the pile of work they get to do.
Farewell this place kept me sane for some long years

The HR trolls are certainly coming out in force, poor ba----ds have a lot of work to do with more people leaving.

I love threads like these. They really show the paid for company shills. Either they are shills, or they have never worked for a company that appreciates effort and rewards appropriately. I've seen too many highly qualified people leave. This used to be a rare occurrence prior to Honeywell.

I don't need friends at work. I need co-workers that will actually do their job to the best of their ability, instead of halfassing it and blaming someone else because they can't make it in this company.
