Bad Leadership

Why would you be surprised, in making ppl work 12 hours 6 days a week due to understaffing, your own incompetence, promotion lust, and bonus greed - (while you refuse to lead by example and only do 8 hours 5 days a week) - when your ppl grow to resent you (and they do) and put in applications elsewhere (as they are) and eventually leave? #Wedon'trespectyou #Overplayingyourhand

Jeez, good thing we all have college degrees, or finished high school, and have no arrest record!! Now we can all quit our retail jobs and get a job with some career potential!!

My fat hag of a store manager sits in her office all day and stirs up trouble by pitting associates against each other. She rules by intimidation, all the assistants are terrified of her. She rolls in around 8:00 to 8:30 and is gone by 4:30, while all the assistants are working 60 hours a week.

They changed the 6 day rule to if there is a special circumstance they can schedule you more days.

Why would you agree to do that if you didn't want to? They can't force you to work more than 6 days straight without your approval. If they do then open door it.

"And the point is?" Don't be a bad leader? If bad leaders (Who want to succeed) cause too much-unwanted turnover (of those who otherwise would be content where they are) they won't just cause issues for others, but themselves also.
