Does anyone have an idea what the pension buy out diffrence would be for 29 yrs compared to 30ys ? How much do you lose if you leave at 29yrs

If you’re over 55 you aren’t penalized.
All that you would lose is the weekly amount increasing your 401 k from your salary deductions.
If you can go, don’t hesitate. Get a good investment firm and you’ll make more than working.
Oh and working to 30 also takes another year of your life.
So yeah. Leave now.
You need num 75 age and time in mopservice, unless you have 30years it doesnt matter your age.so reduction is 1/2 % per month of your pension so its 6% per year reduction,and you need min 25 years to leave with medical
Your age plays a factor. You can figure it out on the VZ website, about you, pension. You can plug in dates and see your figures. Just can't go beyond August of 23
