Everybody who’s unhappy here should already be elbow deep into applications for a new job. People, it’s our labor market out there for once! Higher pay, bonuses, various incentives, it’s all up for grabs. There will never be a better time to find something better, trust me on this.

I agree. I will get an increase in pay due to the nursing shortage. The base pay for RN’s has increased dramatically. If I continued to stay at Humana I would be missing out on the higher pay rate. Bring on the layoffs!
There are day shift case management jobs that pay 2-4 k a week. And part of that’s not taxable. Truly an open market for nurses right now!!
Yes, lots of jobs out there but I’m waiting to get paid out for all the stress this place has put me through with the ever impending threat of lay offs for past 5 years. Resume is ready.
