Wondering if they are freezing getting hired for other positions at Humana until they decide if they keep us or not. I have applied to two jobs since RIF announced and both said they were not going forward with my application.

I know people who ha w moved as well. Not everyone is the right fit
I know 3 nurses that applied and have moved to other positions at Humana since the layoff was announced. The email you received is because you were not a candidate they wanted to consider based on your resume.
I hear it is fairly impossible to get considered for other positions at Humana. I have had multiple coworkers apply and apply for positions outside of HAH and get nowhere.
Do you have career navigation person assigned yet? They will help get your resume in front of the hiring recruiter, so that you don’t get the generic thanks but no thanks email.
Maybe they are realizing they won’t have enough people to fill the positions in the new care program and they froze positions. I doubt it but wouldn’t it be something.
I have received this automated email as well. I don't think it's related to the reduction because my applications were not for HAH positions.
