If you want to get an idea of what the WF leaders are thinking at RTO, look at what happens at BAC over the next couple weeks. They are planning t9 send people back to offices this week and over the coming weeks. If they pull back and delay reopening, WF probably will too….

If we have to wear masks all day at work, we aren't ready for RTO. No desire to go back to the office wearing my mask so I can collaborate with all my team members in different states.
Do any of you actually work at Wells? We have had employees back in the office since June. CIB traders in CLT, NYC and SF all are back.

Boa is sending vaccinated people back only. WF hasn’t shown the cojones to make a call like that, so you’ll be comparing apples and oranges.
