With Choo Choo Charlie running things, the first car in his train became loaded with high priced JPM former execs. The next car with high priced and very needless DEI hires. Followed by a car with a strategic team to suck up to the regulators. But like all endless trains, this goes on and on and on. What other cars need to be mentioned?

One of the train cars is the dining car, the party car, schmoozing up to the politicians to keep them off of WF back. But hey, is that really working?

It is interesting. If these re-purposed Chase Execs were so valuable to Chase wouldn't they try to retain them? They are not the cream of the crop. They are the failures. What we the employees (the people that get things done) are experiencing is why these execs were not kept. It is he-l at WF Technology today. J Strle couldn't wipe his backside without assistance from a boot licking committee and when it was done he wouldn't be able to explain how it got done in order to create a repeatable process. LACK of LEADERSHIP is the current experience at Wells Fargo today.
