Aditya is a pompous windbag. He disrespects women, has had complaints against him. CB chose to ignore them...so much for being a women in the workplace advocate. He is only in his role because he sucks up to her inside and outside the company. CB loves sunshine up her ar-e and Aditya is brighter than the sun in that area.

It’s all true. It was announced today. aditya is in and Bassant is headed to Paris. Many other changes too.
If she leaves they’ll put a female in that role. It looks good on the company profile.

I'm glad she's out. But I hope this won't turn out to be "Better be the devil that you know" thing. RTO will most likely stick..unless some executives experience COVID themselves. They are not considerate because they are protected by their isolated office rooms.
