What’s with the fear mongering from a corporation? We’ve all been dealing with Covid and it’s impacts for 18+ months- it’s disgusting they are sending these s-b stories to make people “feel” it’s real to them? You’ve either been impacted or not already and have done research yourself. It’s not making me feel very “accepted” to have vaccine propaganda forced on me.

You’re right. They shouldn’t post these stories. There’s no educating the willingly ignorant and people devoid of empathy and common sense.
Those stupid stories are to make you feel guilty for not getting vaxxed. “How DARE you endanger others”…even though they are perfectly capable of getting vaxxed themselves and being protected. Funny, nobody ever seemed to care who else got the flu shot…

And FYI, what we call a cold and/or the flu are actually over 200 different viruses, which is why getting a flu shot isn't 100 effective.

Probably because nobody has died from the vaccine and the side effects, while significant, are short-lived.
Maybe some stories about how my friends in the city all wear masks and are vaccinated have had very little incidence of the virus while my rural living extended family, who all refused to mask or vaccinate, are disappearing from the face of the earth?
@bbm I agree. Where are the stories of people dealing with horrible side effects or death from the jab? I know they exist but Corp Comm's chooses not to publish those.
The only thing offensive about these emails is that they are always one sided. We won't be seeing any stories from employees who lost a loved one to the vaccine. Personally I don't believe any of this is the company's business. Yeah yeah OSHA, safe work environment blah blah...did they require flu shots? Nope. No business is required to mandate such a thing, and thankfully they haven't.
OP, your post is propaganda. No one cares what you think. This is a layoff site. Unless you’re quitting over this vaccine story, get back to work.
Sounds like a first world problem. If that's your biggest issue, you're probably just a whiner.
And protecting people at their place of employment, while not in the Constitution, is pretty much settle law.
It's part of the reason we take training on what to do in an emergency, even the WFH folks.
Also, you've already been vaxxinated, you won't croak from wearing a mask for a few hours, keep a few feet of distance in public is just good manners, and washing your hands is something I hope you're doing anyway.

Don't get vaxxed, no big deal, as long as you stay away from other people who you may infect.
There is no right to spread a disease in the US Constitution.
In fact, protecting people is part of the job of government, and that is in the US Constitution.
