This Texas Tribune article shows the number Texas hospitals over time that have been at 100% ICU capacity. It also says, "The vast majority of COVID-19 patients in hospitals and ICUs are unvaccinated."

Sure, some of y'all might be fine with letting folks decide for themselves -- that is, until you need to be hospitalized and can't be treated because the hospitals are filled up with the unvaccinated.

And if your hospital is NOT at or over capacity, you can thank the vaccinated.

Whenever something happens, it's somewhere with local media, written by people who know the actual story.

I have family in Idaho, and yep, the story checks out. The ICUs are full.

And my family is a bunch of anti-vax anti-mask folks in an older age group.

One of them has been to the ER multiple times.

People not getting jabs or not wearing masks who believe whatever the far right weirdo fringe tells them are an absolute danger to the rest of us.

The football stadiums were filled to capacity with few masks this past weekend in spite of the hospital issues. I don’t get why people are completely ok with that…

Delta version of covid has an 7 day gestation period before you get sick enuf to need hospital care.

In many states vaccine is less than 50% of population, and its worse in rural areas.

Idaho went opened schools for in person learning on August 23rd.

On August 31 the governor called up National Guard reservists (these are workin stiffs who also work at bank, but are on reserve in times of emergency to be deployed) to help with the massive influx of ICU hospital admissions.

Thats 7 days to gestate Covid, and 1 day to seek hospital care.

Problem is? Idaho is one of those states that sometimes gets a little snow, and gets a little chilly this time of year. Overnight temps in Idaho now in the low 50's.

If people including State Governors are so worried about kids, why enforce in person learning. Our school district supervisor can be terminated for requiring masks, moving to online learning and kids don't have to quarantine.

Let’s not forget when the hospitals are full, having a car accident or heart attack can become fatal due to the strain on the hospital/staff. We’ve all heard of staff shortages everywhere from fastfood to grocery stores. This is happening with 9-1-1 operation centers. More people on the roads due to commuting (not everyone is out shopping like it’s over) is going to have an impact.

It’s the Wells Fargo way.

It should be illegal for any company to force their employees back to work when COVID is raging! It’s the very definition of unsafe work environment (that also happens to be completely unnecessary). Any company that makes this choice will live to regret it.

Many companies have already moved their RTO dates to next year. Wells Fargo doesn’t care about its employees. Covid is now hitting kids and they are contributing to those numbers and while the leadership may want to go on about the vaccine, kids can’t get vaccinated and you can still get covid and pass it to those that are unvaccinated. The vaccine helps prevent serious illness and death for the vaccinated. Not the unvaccinated kids.

As of March 2022 the bank has successfully operated on a WFH/Remote basis and produced record profits, so much so they were able to enrich the top with stonk buybacks.

In light of this, you need to ask - why are they pushing so fkin hard for return to office?

Is it because they:

A) Are sociopaths and want us to die of covid?
B) They need to justify carrying around all this expensive realestate?
C) They need us back to office so they can get rent revenue from small shops of a captured office staff market?
D) Want to force attrition?
E) All the above
