Can anyone explain the Covid policy to me? I’ve been on maternity leave and I’m just about to come back. I totally wish I wasn’t. Are we actually allowed to come to work with a positive test if we’re vaccinated? That is what my coworker seems to believe and that we can’t disclose our status if we do.

@6ozs+1cHwybsm sounds like your d-mb a-s will be looking for a job soon, enjoy you non- vaccination vacation, have fun finding a job at a company with less than a hundred people that gives you the same pay and benefits that you're getting now. Maybe you'll have enough time to do some research and disprove all your bu-----t " conspiracy theories". Good for you that you had it and are ok, I know 3 people that have died from this, 2 were married and in their 40s, no health issues, and I also know people that are now having issues several months after having it and " getting better".
Those vaccinated above those not in line for care. Sounds good to me.

I stayed active indoors at home and refused to lay around and sleep off the Virus. Just remember You Vaccinated Test Dummies who fell for a vaccine that was quickly developed can still and will get the virus. Also know that you are all the test Rats!! Lol all this cr-p and blame about the hospitals are full because of the un vaccinated, and the un vaccinated are the cause of the virus spread if a Damm F@#cking Joke!! My manager tested positive. Anyone who is vaccinated and did not exhibit any symptoms were expected to report to work business as usual. Anyone who was not vaccinated regardless of symptoms or test results was instructed to quarantine. I was livid when I learned that myself and my vaccinated co-workers would be working the next few days with reduced headcount. It was like we were being punished for being responsible and protecting ourselves and our families while my unvaccinated co-workers got the benefit of a mini paid vacation and our team commission without lifting a finger. Meanwhile my DM who didn't even want to tell us what was going on micromanaged from home and never bothered to step foot in the store to help not even as a greeter.
GMs and DMs make pretty much no decisions when it comes to this. Quick decisions yes. Anything else director and above, mostly at direction of COVID team. It's a s#$t show for sure. Not your direct leaders fault there.
Not sure myself. We had a covid outbreak in our store and our manager acted like it didnt really matter, business as usual. Then the gm got mad at the reps who went to get tested the next day after finding out they were exposed. Then we found out that another store in another district near us had a breakout and they quarantined. Seems like the gm's have the freedom to make up their own rules?
