To be clear, this is not a another post about the vaxed vs unvaxed debate. It’s a free country and people should make the choice that’s right for them and their families. This post is about THE SURVEY. I know a few individuals working on the RTO project. They tell me it’s creating major headaches that Wells Fargo has so many employees that are either unvaxed or refusing to share that information on the survey. For those of us (everyone I know) who has no interest in RTO anytime soon, PLEASE PLEASE continue to refuse to answer the survey. It’s making their RTO plans near impossible to implement. Again, if you want to get vaccinated, go ahead. Just don’t let Wells know that you are. Don’t believe me, just ask all the angry BAML employees being forced to return next week with Delta surging because they were stupid enough to trust their employer and the scumbag executives that run it. Pass this along to all your friends and co-workers. The company has yet to mandate vaccinations and they cannot compel you to disclose your vaccination status. TELL THEM NOTHING BECAUSE YOU OWE THEM NOTHING. LONG LIVE WFH!!!!

I second what OP is saying. Have heard the same about RTO plans. Keep fighting the good fight people. Tell them nothing.
UBS just said employees in most roles can work remote permanently. Finally a leader who gets it. I’ve already submitted my resume to multiple roles. Wells is a sinking ship. As long as the boomers are running things this place will continue to circle the drain. We need youthful leaders with a fresh perspective. No wonder all the talent has gone to tech for the last 10+ years.
Sounds like OP is onto something. I know a number of firms including BAML that are only forcing the vaccinated to return to the office. Believe GS and MS are doing the same. Sounds like these firms are penalizing people for doing the right thing. I was vaccinated and was foolish enough to disclose it. Now I’m terrified they use that against me and force me back to the office. I have young children at home who aren’t eligible. I really hope they consider the ramifications of forcing us all back just when delta seems to be surging. But I should probably know better.
