So hearing more consolidation in leadership is coming in claims since the merger is happening with the Express demand pools. Especially at the SM and CM level. TMs job are about to drastically change too with all the new CHIP tools. No official announcement on ILR becoming apart of Express but everyone knows that process is in the works too. I hope all the leadership knows they are going to trim the fat. It will mostly be with older, tenured employees that make the most money. They will have to throw in a few younger people or minorities to make it look good so they can avoid the normal discrimination lawsuits. I hope those leaders do not think they can avoid the cut by working their folks/themselves to death/micro-managing or appearing to be engaged and "with the program". It won't make any difference how good a leader/SM/CM you are if you are on the list. I do not wish ill/bad for anyone, just hope those folks are ready for the next chapter in life. Will probably be the best thing to happen to save their soul and health!

Research IBM and those heavily connected - including other high profile systems and tech cos.

You will discover its history and those involved are no so clean and we’re and probably are involved with some shady data and privacy deals with big insurance and tech.

History matters. But not to SF

This site attracts a lot of people with Paranoid Personality Syndrome. If you see a mental health physician they can help you.

None are your friends. NONE! The company is loaded with ghosts and internal affairs to cover their lies and deciet. They want you to think they are your friend so in the end they can stab you in the back to support their narrative. Not paranoid...just seen it done many times by the politicians.

When they clout reducing technical debt it means playing the leader PM character and check marking off they shady third party systems off the list and letting them get big raises, titles and bonus. Not even understanding what they are implementing or exploiting employees and policyholders with -
But acting like go getter technocrats.

People don’t see through all that - too bad

The company needs to get rid of all that good ol' boy fat they created. You know the types that are making six digits over 55 and not hands on. The fat one's that sit back drink heavily and talk without getting their hands dirty by working for the customer. Someone said: The one's who golf when they should be taking care of their employees and customers. The one's who go out for the two and three hour lunches. The one's who can tell you what to do but can not do it. The country club, sweater over the shoulder and loafer types. The one's who can look at you with a straight face while lying and backstabbing. I know them well. The kind that will run to save their tail in a fire and let everyone else die. Yeah! I know them well. Little do they know, it's about us.

The deceptive, dishonest and incompetent leadership is stunning. Constant lies. Do not expect anything better from top to 1st line. Many major companies do not operate like this slippery bunch. Yuck.

Wow!You mean every time there is a new executive they don’t just start from scratch and dream up whatever and do whatever they want to do? What do think this is a 100 year company! You are one astute dude, borderline genius😂

Exactly they did refer to "Phase 1", see as smart as they think they are, they miss stuff like that in their rhetoric and propaganda machine that gives them away You can't cover it all up. Just so everyone knows Chris. S was brought in to dismantle U/W, basically outsource anything from claims he can, and implement the dual distribution/sales model. The pattern is, the old group of Execs create the new "f-ck you" model and the new group executes it. It is their reward and eliminates any conflict of interest. I have been involved in this process before and they are following that plan exactly as prescribed! Hold on!

Remember their mission is to reduce exposure at your cost. Payoff those credit cards and put yourself in the driverseat. They need to get rid of tons of TMs and above who make six digits while playing golf on company time. They need to get rid of substance abusers. I'm all for running leaner but don’t do it at the cost of your loyalists.

If anyone thinks their jobs are secure, they are crazy. Notice some of the messaging for the new Op Model referred to Phase 1? That means more reorg and job cuts are planned. Keep your resumes ready…

Agree, this is exactly what SF did with the future state model, office closings, and severance packages/agreements. Funny SF did just update the severance plan too! They will again with the LOCs and new operating models that are starting to role out. Same ruthless/useless bastards making the calls as was 10 years ago! Do not expect a different result!
