Incentives drive behaviors. The people that have more then half a brain, critical thinking and more then basic math skills realize that selling more and working harder selling is not worth labor vs wage. Not to mention the game theory that surveys pay more then slanging flavor of the month products. DMs and leaders are so out of touch. This company is doomed paying people out side the stores over 100k a year to basically do nothing and cheerlead things that no one actually really cares about. It will just roll on like ever but expect it to break sooner then it did before.
It’s funny bc this has been the vz way for years. Before they’d provide an incentive, like sell x amount of jbl speakers and you win 1. Now they’re like sell this metric bc…um uhhh.. just sell it. Next month it’ll be another product we have that no one actually wants. Vz’s issue is that they create useless products and expect reps to magically sell this piece of trash legitimately. Cough cough..Hum
I think what the op meant with phone conversation was phone growth ie new phone lines phone upgrades etc.
Maybe October should be system failure % rates?
Then we tell everyone in India that theyre signal strength is 1 bar for their contributions and see if they care?
