Just got a calendar invite for the next upcoming all hands meeting. Such a spot on term to use for what most certainly will just be another mgmt circle jerk demonstration. Good lord I hope I'm shown the door before then.

LOL, Oracle surveys. We had a survey done in our team when the upper management changed hands. Only 25% of the people would respond. They are NOT confidential. Don't make any negative comments that your manager might recognize. I made the mistake one time (previous company) of writing actual text that my manager recognized.
Didn't know they were going to pass the results of my small group to my immediate manager. Definitely never respond.
