Has anyone heard details about the jobs you are opting into? Hours requires to work such as 8-5 or required to work until 8PM? Will working weekends be required? Will pay decrease? It’s tough to make a decision without these essential details.

The hours are 8:30 to 5 for hum cares.
If you aren’t impacted, you will transition to the new program, that is regionalized. Pay would stay the same, hours may change based on program guidelines
There was no change in pay to be in the pilot. We do work 830-5. But who knows if that will change once everyone dies a final merge.
We were told that you wouldn’t have to interview for the role with the new care program. If you get picked then you have a job. I doubt the pay will decrease. I hope it doesn’t. Our group was told that the new program would try and honor existing work schedules but It’s hard to trust.
Not true, I applied for a position in another department, and was told the pay was less

There’s no way to know that info, until you apply, interview and get an offer…every role is different
