Kyndryl people are like cattle on the truck to the abattoir, telling each other how lucky they are to be out of that cramped shed...

From what I hear a lot of people are excited to join Kyndryl. They’re excited to see what it can become as a standalone company.
Letter bands were given a script they were “strongly encouraged” to use. I narrowly missed being a part of Kyndryl- I was offered a BU transfer in 2019 and the entire team I would have joined has been transferred to Kyndryl. I heard from my would-be manager about the script.
I will stick with kyndryl as long as we stay working from home.
Yeah I'm happy to be leaving. New company, new start. See what happens
I was contacted by a law firm regarding a class action age discrimination lawsuit. They seem to be interested in adding me to the suit even though I signed a waiver as part of taking the standard three month salary package last year. I have to admit it was a lot of fun checking my mailbox after being laid off as three checks totaling $65K arrived over subsequent months with no explanation at all.
Of course not. It's just bravado and another brown-nosing method.
I am very happy leaving IBM to something new, that will eventually have a better culture and morale
The kyndryl transition is almost as bad as using Ansible tower
Who cares. This is ibm layoff board. GTFO with that nonsense
They're being tracked. What do you think they would say?
Yes. The best thing about the breakup is that it used a completely different name. Not like HP and HPE.
Long suspected? Oh boy, here we go with the conspiracies. Is Bill Gates spying on us too?
I've long suspected it's only a matter of time before IBM will get some 'industrial-grade' trolling ("as a service") in an effort to thwart the IBM layoffs board, in effect driving away people who participate by posting inane, offensive, whacky things, reducing s/n ratio. There are "specialists" for this, akin to union busting.
Let who know??
Who is "us?" Some trolls I imagine.
