Both are outstanding companies, work hard and either one will look after you forever, you cannot go wrong with any global O&G operator frankly…….. blahahahaha silly question.

BP is not a great place to work anymore
Cutting benefits slowly
No opportunity to grow
They only promote friends and family
Poor leadership that lies
Understaffed and overworked
Nepotism is valued over merits
No room for training and career development
The future belongs to those companies that can find oil and gas or buy them cheap.
China’s Great Wall-of-Mart is starting to look better than BP, so go to Chevron. The British Squeeze the Tea Bag Twice.
Neither!! If you can, find another career path outside of the O&G group of under managed companies!!
